Cancellation Policy

Group Rates: Group pricing applies to bookings of 4+ participants. Final headcount is due 48 hours before class. The group leader is responsible for sharing all requirements with participants. Payments: A deposit is required to reserve the date. The remaining balance is due before class begins or 24 hours before access for virtual/blended sessions. Payments must be completed before any certificates are released. Cancellations & Refunds: There are no refunds for group or participant cancellations. Groups may reschedule once within 30 days at no charge. Additional changes may incur a fee. Refunds are issued only if the trainer cancels. If fewer people attend than planned, pricing may be adjusted to meet minimum group requirements. Attendance: Participants must arrive 10–15 minutes early and complete any required forms or online modules beforehand. Late arrivals (over 15 minutes) may need to reschedule. Certification (if applicable): Cards or certificates are issued after all course requirements are met and full payment is received. Replacement cards may include a fee. Conduct & Safety: The organizer must ensure a safe training space for onsite sessions. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund. Virtual/Blended Requirements: Participants must use a working device, have stable internet, and complete online modules by assigned deadlines. Missed modules require rescheduling. Weather & Emergencies: If weather or emergencies impact the class, the session will be rescheduled at no cost. Refunds remain limited to trainer cancellations. Communication: All updates from the group must come from the designated group leader, who is responsible for providing correct participant information. Agreement: By booking a group session, the organization agrees to all terms listed in this policy.
